Project: Lost heat

This mini documentary is a documentation of the last days of heat power plant in using coal as the heat source, but soon it will become a gas power plant. The last transport of coal, pleasant warmth that gives coal, glowing sparks, effort of a man who works very hard and his moment of reflection on the past and future of this place. All this is an attempt to capture atmosphere of the place.

Each video within 180 was originally created for three different sets of the 60x60 Project, which is comprised of ?osi?’s 60 videos with 60 second compositions by 60 different composers. These one hundred eighty videos form a new visual structure which inspired the creation of sixty seconds of sound to accompany the final audio visual experience.

Project: Breathscape

Reathscape is a series of re-imagined landscape made with breathing human stomachs. We nd shapes of human body in landscape; could we nd landscapes in our bodies by closing up? What is it like to see breathing stomachs of all kinds side by side and to frame them as a whole breathing landscape? As a process, I have been recording breathing stomachs of all status, age and race including pregnant women. Each individual’s stomach forms either mountain or valley with her own breathing cycle, which unavoidably re ects the effect of my presence with a camera and intimacy of the recording itself. is is the rst composed piece of the series.
