Participan representantes institucionales, corporativos y de la sociedad civil de ámbitos culturalmente innovadores del conjunto de la UE y otros expertos internacionales.
En este panorama de incertidumbres globales, tanto culturales, políticas, sociales y económicas, tenemos el compromiso y la responsabilidad de proponer iniciativas imaginativas que desarrollen nuevos modelos colaborativos en consonancia con las necesidades de la sociedad del siglo 21. Nuestra respuesta a la crisis -qué pasará- y a los nuevos paradigmas y oportunidades que la era digital nos ofrece al conjunto de la sociedad europea y mundial, debemos basarla en el desarrollo de contextos colaborativos y transversales entre sectores artísticos, científicos, tecnológicos y culturalmente innovadores.
El III CONGRESO EUROPEO “SOCIEDAD NET: REDES E INNOVACIÓN SOCIAL” es una oportunidad para debatir sobre la problemática de adaptación de la sociedad europea y mundial a la nueva Sociedad Global en Red, transversal, inclusiva y participativa, y el necesario impulso a la alianza estable y estratégica entre arte, cultura, educación, ciencia, innovación y tecnología, con el apoyo de empresas e instituciones y la participación del conjunto de la sociedad. Esta colaboración contribuirá al desarrollo de la cultura y la economía, responsable y socialmente sostenible, basada en el conocimiento y la cooperación.
Se plantea para proponer diversas iniciativas y responder a las expectativas y sinergias generadas entre ponentes, patrocinadores y colaboradores de los encuentros organizados por ARTECHMEDIA. Estos encuentros y congresos han contado con la colaboración de más de 70 instituciones y organizaciones de todo el mundo y la participación de, aproximadamente, 500 ponentes de todos los sectores innovadores nacionales e internacionales.
Sobresale, entre las propuestas presentadas, debatidas y apoyadas en estos encuentros, la creación de la Organización GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE, que tiene como principal objetivo el impulso y desarrollo colaborativo de las Artes, Ciencias, Innovación, Tecnología y la Cultura Digital. La creación de la mencionada Organización y su desarrollo será una de las principales cuestiones a debatir en el Congreso.

Participants will include institutional, business and civil society representatives from cultural spheres throughout the EU and other international experts.
In this panorama of global uncertainties, at a cultural, political, social and social level, we have the duty and responsibility to propose imaginative initiatives that could lead to the development of new collaborative models in line with the needs of society in the 21st century. Our response to the economic crisis –that will not last– and the new paradigms and opportunities that the digital age offers all of society in Europe and the world should be based on the development of an environment of collaboration and multidisciplinarity between the art, science, technology and culturally innovative sectors.
The III EUROPEAN CONFERENCE “NET SOCIETY: NETWORKS & SOCIAL INNOVATION” represents an opportunity to debate on the challenges of adapting the societies of Europe and the world to the new Global Net Society, cross-cutting, inclusive and participative, and the drive needed towards a stable strategic alliance between art, culture, education, science, innovation and technology, with the support of businesses and institutions and the participation of all society. This collaboration will contribute to the development of culture and the economy, responsible and socially sustainable, based on knowledge and cooperation.
We aim to propose a number of initiatives to respond to the expectations and synergies generated between speakers, sponsors and collaborators at the meetings organized by ARTECHMEDIA. These meetings and conferences have involved over 70 institutions and organizations from all over the world with approximately 500 speakers from all innovative sectors at a national and international level.
One proposal above all that has been presented, debated and supported at these meetings is the creation of the organization GLOBAL NET SOCIETY INSTITUTE whose main aim is the collaborative boost and development of the Arts, Sciences, Innovation, Technology and Digital Culture. The creation of such an institution, its statutes and its development will be one of the main areas of debate within the conference.
