LIBERATUM

El cortometraje "Artistry / Technology" de Liberatum, dirigido por Pablo Ganguli y Tomas Auksas, cuenta con la participación de algunos de los visionarios más brillantes de nuestro tiempo. Gente como David Hockney, Francis Ford Coppola, Frank Gehry y Ed Ruscha.

Así como con otros líderes culturales, artistas, cineastas, actores, músicos y diseñadores como Susan Sarandon, Francesco Vezzoli, MIA, Marc Quinn, Miranda July, Kehinde Wiley, Daniel Arsham, Brett Ratner, Jonas Akerlund, Marcel Wanders y Simon de Pury por nombrar sólo algunos.

The film gives an insight into the minds of leading creative figures of our time and their thoughts on the relationship between technology and creativity and the impact the arts and technology have had on one another in recent years.


3D FUTURA SHOW

Each year, the 3D Futura Show includes the international leading works in computer animation and reflects the evolution, both technical and in content, of this new creative field.

Including The Ocean Maker (Lucas Martell), 4K Movie (Shigetaka Makabe), Isolated (Tomás Vergara), The Rise and Fall of Globosome (Sascha Geddert), Ghost Cell (Antoine Delacharlery), Kite (Gavin Moran) and others.


FUTURA GRAPHICS

Digital animation and beyond: Shorts, virals, videos and other experimental works in the search for new aesthetics and languages.

Including Flow (Mathijs Demaeght), If You Go Away (Ashkan Rahgozar), Primordial (Peter Clarky), Grand Soleil (Benjamin Artola), Digitized Me (Yukai Du), Wanderers (Erik Wernquist) and others.


ARTWORKS

A new section dedicated to new media installations and its video documentation.

The new recording and editing systems, increasingly more sophisticated, provide us with new ways to document the artworks and even go beyond the experience of direct contemplation.

With works by Daniel Canogar, Daniel Rozin, Laurent Mignonneau & Christa Sommerer, Universal Everything, Factory Fiftee, Mark Nixon, Viliina Koivisto, Rafael Lozano-Hemmer and others.


FEEDING THE WEB

A new release of this program dedicated to those messages and audiovisual works produced directly for the Web. A new type of material made exclusively for online viewing.

California Inspires Me: Jack Black (Nicolas Ménard), Dry Lights (Xavier Chassaing), Becoming one (Thom Haig), The Bug (Factory Fifteen), Way Out (Yukai Du)... and the presentation of the WHAT project.

Feeding the Web, we feed ourselves.
